  • If your application is not approved, your employer will receive a letter indicating an In-Principle Rejection, and you will not be granted a work visa.
  • You can travel to the country using your IPA letter.
  • Once you're in Singapore, your employer or an employment agency will need to submit an application through EP Online to secure your work visa. They will also be required to pay an additional fee for the Work Pass itself.
  • You will receive a notification letter once your Work Pass is issued. This letter will include details about having your photo and fingerprints taken. It also allows you to begin working and to enter and leave the country until you receive your employment card.
  • Please remember to register at the Employment Pass Service Centre (EPSC) within two weeks of receiving your Pass.
  • After registering, you will receive your Pass Card within four business days.
